The Officers of the Glenolden Police Department would like to congratulate Cpl. Williams Helms on his retirement. Corporal William Helms started his career in law enforcement with the Glenolden Police Department in May of 1999. During his career Cpl. Helms served as the DARE Officer and was promoted to the rank of Corporal in April of 2009. After 22 years of dedicated service to the residence of Glenolden, Cpl. Helms will be retiring. We would like to thank you for your service and wish you all the health and happiness in retirement. Job well done!
