**Working Fire**
Shortly after 7:15pm this evening, Company 5 and surrounding units were dispatched to the 600 Block of Elmwood Ave for a Building Fire. PD arrived with smoke showing from the basement. Tower 5 arrived at a 3 story single family with smoke showing.
LT5A held Elmwood Ave Command. Crews contained the fire to the basement area with no extension to other parts of the house. Searches came up negative. Fire was under control by the 10 minute mark.
