Engine 5 operated as the 2nd due engine assisting Folcroft Fire Co. Station 1 this evening. E5 secured a supply for Squad 1, stretching a second line to the fire floor. Company 5 was in service for 2 hours before returning.

Engine 5 and mutual aid operating at a reported building fire in Glenolden last night. Crews located a culinary mishap, and the assignment was scaled back to Engine 5.

Accident With 1 Trapped on South Ave & Chester Pike

Engine 5 alongside Rescue 1 & 43 operated out front of Station 5 last evening for an Accident with 1 trapped. Extrication was completed shortly before the 20 minute mark, with a full roof removal completed. Shortly before the second incident, Engine 5 was on scene of an accident at South Ave & Chester Pike.

Engine 5 operated on the 9 Box this afternoon, in the  200 Block of Foster Ave. Engine 5 secured Engine 4 (Darby) hydrant and operated in the basement, where the fire was located and held to. Company 5 operated for roughly 2 hours before clearing.
